Investigators, and those supporting investigations, face a high risk of vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, harmful scrutiny and burnout. A Community of Practice (COP) provides a facilitated environment for investigators to seek, gain and provide support, helping ensure our industry and our roles are safe and sustainable.
The COP offers a supportive space for:
- debriefing and peer support
- technical supervision and support
- personal, professional and industry development
- creating, sourcing and testing innovations
- staying current with best practice and industry trends
When: the next session is currently being scheduled. It is expected for late November / early December.
