Contact us anytime to provide your feedback, and we hope you&#8217;ll also participate in our proactive measures outlined below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Under our regulatory obligations, we must collect, and report on, a range of accurate and complete data about our business and operations, including:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>Quality indicator data<\/li>\n<li>Total VET activity data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1631271711508{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}&#8221;]The learner engagement indicator focuses on the extent to which learners engage in activities that are likely to promote high-quality skill outcomes. It includes learner perceptions of the quality of their training and assessment, and the support they receive from their RTOs.\u00a0The source of data to measure this indicator is a survey called the learner questionnaire.
