Our toolbox program lets you select from a broad range of 1 or 2 hour topics and collate these into the schedule and delivery mode of your choice, giving your team all the impact of training without the downtime. We offer recurring dates to provide consistency, large cohorts for online delivery, follow up coaching and assessment, and you can change the program as you go to suit your team’s evolving learning needs.

We can also work in partnership with you to develop modules which suit your needs, which can be a great way to respond to a recurring issue or introduce a new process. For advanced learners, modules can be linked with any of our qualifications to help your learners get the most out of each program.

Course Overview

Duration: Minimum of three one-day sessions in a toolbox program

Delivery Mode: In person or virtual workshop

 

Course fees

Private toolbox: $1400 plus GST per online session. Online sessions may range from 5 to 35 participants (some modules excluded), so we encourage organisations to partner up to get the most out of your toolbox program.

Additional costs may apply for development of new modules and in-person programs. Discounts apply for toolbox programs of more than three sessions.

Course Entry Requirements

There are no pre-requisites for toolbox modules. However, we will ask you questions about your organisation and learners to help us tailor the program to your needs. It is important that you provide us with this information so we can ensure you get the best possible experience.
