Enrolment Process

You can enrol and get started with our online certificate and diploma courses anytime. For courses with a face to face component, check the session dates for your short course and make sure you enrol at least three weeks prior to the first session. If for any reason you need an urgent enrolment, please contact us.

Please note that our PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations is currently only available to complete as assessment only. This means you can gain this qualification by applying for Recognition of Prior Learning or credit transfer against the assessments. Contact us to discuss the associated process and fees.

Application for Admission

To apply, first please read and refer to the following documents:

Enrolment Form

Next, complete our Enrolment Form and submit it according to the instructions on the form, making sure to note on the form if you intend to seek any credit or RPL towards the qualification.

 

Pre-Enrolment Review

In accordance with Standards for RTOs 2015 (clause 1.2, 5.1, 5.2 ), Wise Workplace Training will conduct a pre-enrolment review to determine whether your chosen course is suitable for you expected course and career outcomes and your existing skills and competencies.

You may need to complete a self-assessment once we have reviewed your enrolment form, or complete a brief Learning, Literacy and Numeracy skills test. We might also need to conduct an interview with you if deemed necessary based on the information provided. This information helps us ensure that we identify and support your learning needs throughout the course.

 

Confirming your enrolment

Once the pre-enrolment review is completed, you will receive further instructions, being:

  • Confirmation and Acceptance Letter
  • Enrolment Terms and Conditions
  • Payable Course Fee or Part Pre-paid Fee as advised in the Confirmation Letter

Commencement

Once your course fee has been paid and the pre-enrolment process completed, you will receive access your online course content.

Wise Workplace Training conducts regular new student orientations (currently online only) and expects all students to attend. The orientation session provides an opportunity to familiarise yourself with course content, requirements, academic and administrative processes, key dates and events, codes of conduct, and guidance on using Wise Workplace Training’s learning and training resources.
